At Badealz, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.

Delivery Time

• Standard delivery time is 3–5 business days across Pakistan.

• Delivery times may vary during public holidays, sales, or due to unforeseen courier delays.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order if:

• You receive a damaged or defective product.

• You receive the wrong item.

• The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

To request a return, contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Photos or videos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)

• A brief description of the issue

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Used or opened products (unless defective).

• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

• Change of mind after the order has been delivered.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

• Refunds will be issued through the original payment method where applicable, or via bank transfer.

Exchanges

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost, subject to product availability.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.
